Malpractice Coverage
- UC professional liability/malpractice coverage is concurrent with the date of the physician’s employment with the university.
- Coverage begins on the date that the approved activities are performed, and if the clinical activities are within the course and scope of university employment.

- Clinical Associates focus on clinical care and may not engage in research or scholarly activities.
