• Kang Wang, MD, PhD, received the UCSF Resource Allocation Program (RAP) grant Pilot Award for Pancreas Cancer for AI-driven clinical decision support system for surgical planning in pancreatic adenocarcinoma, June 2025. He received a UCSF Chen Scholar Junior Award, November 2025. He was awarded an NIH R01 award from NIBIB to develop AI models for comprehensive evaluation of metastatic disease in colorectal cancer, November 2025.

• Maggie Chung, MD, was awarded an R37 MERIT award from the NIH as co-PI for Multi-Modal Imaging AI Models for Breast Cancer Risk, June 2025. She won a Carroll Award for Innovation, September 2025. She received a RSNA Research Scholar Grant for Deep-learning based simulated contrast breast MRI for supplemental breast cancer screening, December 2025.
