As UCSF's Chief Data Officer, Ki leads the strategic planning, development, and implementation of data analytics and AI initiatives aimed at advancing the academic medical center's educational, research, and clinical goals. In his capacity, Ki works closely with different leadership groups at UCSF to improve data and AI accessibility and accuracy while maintaining robust governance and fostering innovation aligned with the institution's mission. Prior to his tenure at UCSF, Ki served as Chief Data Officer at UT Southwestern Medical Center and held various technology roles in the financial industry.
